Startup Fixup Health is introducing 'Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Solution 2.0', which automates medical records and rehabilitation management tasks by analyzing conversations between medical staff and patients.

Automation of Medical Records and Summaries Based on Ambient AI

The core of the newly unveiled Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Solution 2.0 is Ambient AI technology. This technology allows AI to listen in real-time to the conversations between medical staff and patients in clinical settings and analyze the content according to the medical context. The goal is to automate the cumbersome recording tasks that medical staff previously performed manually.

Key features include a function to draft medical records that can be immediately entered into the EMR. Additionally, it provides a function to generate and send a 'Medical Summary' that reconfigures professional terminology into easy-to-understand expressions and summarizes the consultation content so that patients can easily understand the medical details. Furthermore, it includes a feature to configure daily home-care rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual patient's condition.

Ensuring Continuity of Rehabilitation Treatment and Reducing Administrative Burden

Fixup Health explained that through this solution, medical institutions can continuously process rehabilitation-related tasks—ranging from consultation to remote treatment management and insurance claims—within a single system. This is expected to reduce the administrative burden experienced by medical staff.

Currently, Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Solution 2.0 is in the beta testing stage, and Fixup Health plans to proceed with sequential updates for all clients starting from the second half of this year after undergoing processes to advance AI functions and stabilize the system.
