"KOTRA's trade offices in each country are truly great weapons for us"
Bibora Labs cited KOTRA's support system as the core driving force that allowed the small and medium-sized enterprise to settle in overseas markets. In the video, it was explained that KOTRA's trade offices in each country are a great weapon by resolving language barriers and helping to form relationships with local buyers. Additionally, it was stated that buyer matching through the AI Center and support for video conferences served as decisive opportunities leading to sales.

"By entering into technology transfer contracts for the good technologies of Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Government or research institutes"
A product differentiation strategy based on technological prowess lies at the background of Bibora Labs' growth. To supplement the limitations of its own R&D, the company is utilizing 'technology transfer contracts' to introduce excellent technologies from public institutions such as the Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Government and research institutes as a core strategy. Through this, the patented ingredients and research data secured are being directly applied to product development.
The flagship product, 'Bibora Geneon Line', applies patented technology that ferments RG3, an ingredient derived from ginseng. In particular, the sunscreen product, which is currently recording the number one export, is drawing high responses from overseas consumers by highlighting that it has no white cast, minimal eye stinging or stickiness, and has completed hypoallergenic testing. Furthermore, the company is expanding its product portfolio through new products using gold thread and vitamin capsules, as well as a mask pack lineup subdivided by function, such as anti-aging/regeneration lines and whitening lines.
