He showed an efficient cooking process, such as shortening time by blanching spinach directly in water or adding flavor by making green onion oil. What particularly caught the eye was the 'Cloud Eggs'. Jung Sang-hoon showed a unique method of making meringue with egg whites using a plastic bottle.
