SH reveals VR tour of Godeok Gangil District Complex 3 housing

Seoul Housing & Urban Development Corporation has released a virtual reality video showcasing the interior and infrastructure of Godeok Gangil District Complex 3, where all nearby schools are within a five-minute walk. The complex in Gangil-dong features 1,606 parking spaces and specialized layouts for the 49C1 and 59G residential types.

The interior structures and surrounding environment of the land-lease housing in Godeok Gangil District Complex 3, located in Gangil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, have been revealed through virtual reality (VR). The video, released by SH tv_Seoul Housing & Urban Development Corporation, provides detailed views of residential movement paths and complex infrastructure that prospective residents may be interested in.

Educational environment within walking distance and abundant green infrastructure

Godeok Gangil District Complex 3 boasts an excellent location in terms of education and natural environment. An elementary school, a middle school, and an attached kindergarten are all located near the complex. A key feature is that all schools are within a 5-minute walk, reducing the burden of commuting for children. Libraries and parks that aid daily convenience are adjacent to the site, and the proximity to the Han River allows for a relaxed lifestyle, such as walking.
