DONGHAE, 'Spider-Man Workout' Routine Started from 7:30 AM Ahead of Comeback

SUPER JUNIOR-D&E (DONGHAE & EUNHYUK) shared their daily lives and individual lifestyle habits through an outing to Seongsu-dong. In the released video, the cast members continued their conversation while visiting a prop shop in Seongsu-dong.

In the video, DONGHAE mentioned the morning exercise routine he is practicing ahead of his comeback. DONGHAE revealed that he woke up at 7:30 AM that day and began exercising. He performed exercises including chest exercises and three sets of squats, and mentioned that he has recently been combining this with stair climbing. DONGHAE explained that the reason he practices this morning exercise is that his comeback is not far off. He added that regarding the recent phenomenon of waking up early, he is personally experiencing why parents wake up early. On the other hand, EUNHYUK mentioned in the video that he sleeps for about 10 hours, showing a daily life that contrasts with DONGHAE's diligent appearance.

Visiting a Seongsu-dong prop shop and differing values regarding interior design

Upon visiting a prop shop in Seongsu-dong, the two looked at the store's camping concept and shared their individual thoughts on interior design. One cast member said they are the type to consider something that can be used for 20 years even when buying a single item, and stated that rather than setting everything up at once, they prefer a style of filling things up one by one, considering that tastes can change. In response, another cast member mentioned that they have no leadership over interior design, so their company space is not yet properly set up. In particular, one cast member revealed a personal preference to decorate one room of their house like a campsite, adding that they prefer a theme that feels like traveling to another country the moment they open the door and walk in. He explained that he prefers themed spaces, such as arranging lighting and other items to make one room of the house a campsite.

Watching the movie Spider-Man and daily conversation

The two also talked about their recent movie-watching experiences. One cast member revealed that they watched the movie 'Spider-Man' early yesterday morning and shared their viewing experience according to different screening methods such as IMAX or ScreenX. In this process, the previous day's schedule, such as the time they watched the movie and their wake-up time, was naturally mentioned. One cast member conveyed that they watched the movie late yesterday and woke up late today to wake up in time for work.
