Actor Yoo Yeon-seok has revealed himself enjoying beer at a standing bar after work. In a video uploaded to Yoo Yeon-seok's YouTube channel 'Jumal Yeonseokgeuk', Yoo Yeon-seok visited a standing bar to drink beer after finishing filming.

From Standard to Milk, the differences in beer foam texture

In the video, Yoo Yeon-seok explained the types of beer foam provided at the establishment and their characteristics. Yoo Yeon-seok mentioned that the types are divided according to the ratio and texture of the foam generated when pouring the beer. The foam ratio is usually composed of 7 to 3. He explained that 'Standard', which gives the feeling of typical draft beer, is characterized by coarse foam being created when pouring the beer at once, while 'Oji' is a version where this is filtered more smoothly. He also pointed out that it is categorized into 'Milk', where the foam is 100%, and 'Rare', where there is no foam at all.

After ordering the beer, Yoo Yeon-seok checked the texture of the foam and mentioned the importance of the pouring method, stating it is a texture that is difficult to achieve with canned beer. In particular, he was seen tasting the milk foam to confirm its smooth texture. He compared the difference between Standard and Milk while watching the process of the foam decreasing. Mentioning the phenomenon of the foam subsiding, Yoo Yeon-seok explained that while Standard has the coarse foam feeling one would normally see at a draft beer house as expected, Milk is characterized by creamy foam.

A glass of beer enjoyed after work and the standing bar experience

Yoo Yeon-seok expressed his feelings that rather than going straight home after filming, he wanted to accompany himself with a glass of beer. He mentioned that while it is difficult to drink several glasses of beer during filming due to weight management, he can enjoy beer after finishing work. He expressed anticipation for enjoying a delicious glass of beer, saying that drinking plain soju with snacks alone feels lonely. He added that he cannot drink several glasses of beer during filming because he would gain weight.

Yoo Yeon-seok examined the features of the establishment, which has a standing bar tour map, and paired his beer with chorizo. Regarding the use of the standing bar, he mentioned that while sitting is important, a standing bar is difficult because you have to drink while standing. In the video, Yoo Yeon-seok is captured drinking beer along with a scene where he receives a gift from a neighboring table. At the end of the video, he continued the flow while contemplating whether to drink Standard or Milk.
