In the video, the Jipyeong Brewery official expressed affection for the process of making alcohol. The official stated that they love making various flavors of alcohol even more than they love alcohol itself. In particular, during the process of developing new products, they undergo a process of tasting and comparing multiple types at once from 9 AM to 8 PM. This process is described as the product of efforts to discover new tastes.

The brewery explained that they purchase various types of alcohol randomly every week to conduct testing, and they also undergo separate tests for each factory. In the video, preferences for alcohol from specific regions were mentioned, and the official also expressed affection for alcohol from the Cheonan area.
Characteristics of complex soju flavors using barley and sorghum
The video also introduced the characteristics of soju made by mixing other grains besides the existing rice. This soju was manufactured by adding barley and sorghum together, and the official explained that it produces a complex taste where the nutty feeling felt in barley soju coexists with the spicy feeling of sorghum spirits caused by the addition of sorghum.
Additionally, it was mentioned that despite having a somewhat high alcohol content, it has the characteristic of producing a refreshing and sweet taste. The cast members talked about the flavors and types of alcohol that are evolving modernly compared to past methods.
The brewery's menu composition where tradition meets modernity
