According to a video from the JTBC Entertainment YouTube channel 'Let's Run Together, RUNhee', SOYOU shared stories about her usual lifestyle and exercise methods while trail running at Namsan with former soccer player Cho Won-hee.
"Home is the most comfortable"... Homebody SOYOU's outing patterns
During the conversation held during the Namsan trail running, SOYOU mentioned that she is someone who does not usually enjoy going out. When asked if there are places she frequently visits in Seoul, SOYOU replied that she is a homebody and said that home is the most comfortable. SOYOU explained that because she dislikes going out, when she is not active, she stays exactly where she is. However, she added that she does go out to go to restaurants or when she goes out to eat.

SOYOU also mentioned the difference in lifestyle between when she is dieting and when she is not. She said that when she is dieting, she tends to cook food herself, but when she is not, she visits famous restaurants or places where she can enjoy alcohol in cool weather. Additionally, she shared that after moving this year, she has been gradually engaging in activities outside the house.
"I had weighed up to 93kg"... Weight management and exercise routine
SOYOU shared her experience of her weight having increased up to 93kg in the past. Explaining that she had a high amount of muscle mass at that time, SOYOU said that while her body feels lighter now, she also feels a loss of strength. She also mentioned that as her recent activities have increased, she is feeling the effects of aerobic exercise.
Specific details regarding how she maintains her exercise were also discussed. SOYOU said that when she was losing weight in the past, after receiving PT (Personal Training), she had a routine of exercising with a trainer for one hour and then following it with about an hour of aerobic exercise. She explained that if more time was permitted, she would practice a routine that included 30 minutes of individual exercise and stretching, totaling three hours of exercise.
Namsan trail running and 'FINDME Campaign'
This video was produced with the support of Merz Aesthetics and carries the purpose of the 'FINDME Campaign', which helps young people preparing for independence to prepare for trail running. Cho Won-hee and SOYOU ran the Namsan course while reflecting on the meaning of the campaign. Cho Won-hee mentioned the importance of a colleague or pacemaker running alongside, suggesting that the process of being considerate of and matching each other's pace helps in growth.
