50-Year Public Rental with No Income or Asset Limits... Supplying 1.5-room and 2-room Structures

According to the Rental Information TV video, the housing being supplied this time is 50-year public rental housing built to replace permanent rental housing. The maximum residence period is 50 years from the start of the lease, and it is a method that does not allow for conversion to ownership. This announcement is not for new supply but for recruiting reserves for existing waiting lists, with a total of 50 people to be recruited.

The housing types being supplied are two types: 39.5㎡ (Type 39A) and 39.72㎡ (Type 39B). Type 39A is a 1.5-room structure with one small room and a living room that doubles as a bedroom, while Type 39B consists of a 2-room structure with two medium-sized rooms. When applying, applicants can apply collectively as Type 39 without distinguishing between housing types.

The complex is an older complex that began moving in in 1999, and the volume being supplied this time consists of a total of 3 buildings: Buildings 517, 518, and 519. The complex is characterized by easy access to transportation and medical infrastructure, as Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 is adjacent to the area, and Soonchunhyang University Cheonan Hospital and KTX Asan Station are nearby.

Deposit Options from 7 Million Won... Utilizing the Mutual Conversion System

Lease conditions can be adjusted to suit the tenant's situation through a mutual conversion system between the deposit and monthly rent. The basic lease conditions include a lease deposit of approximately 16 million won, including a 3.2 million won down payment, and a monthly rent of around 230,000 won.

If you want to lower the monthly rent by increasing the deposit, the deposit can be increased up to 43 million won, in which case the monthly rent will drop to around 90,000 won (a conversion rate of 6% is applied when increasing the deposit). Conversely, a reduction conversion to lower the deposit is also possible. The video explained that if the deposit is reduced to approximately 7 million won, the monthly rent could be around 250,000 won (a conversion rate of 3.5% is applied when decreasing the deposit).

Available to Homeless Adults... 1st Priority Application on September 29

Eligibility for application is open to members of a homeless household (adults) residing in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, Daejeon, or Sejong City. There are no restrictions on income and assets. However, one must meet the qualification requirements according to the priority rank. The 2nd priority qualification requires being a subscriber to a comprehensive housing subscription savings or a subscription savings account, and the 1st priority applies to those who have made 6 or more subscription payments. Within the same priority, priority is determined by residence (priority to Cheonan), period of homelessness, and the number of subscription payments.

The application schedule is applied differently depending on the priority. 1st priority applications will take place on September 29, and will close if the recruitment number is exceeded. Afterwards, if there are remaining people, 2nd priority targets can apply on September 30. The targets for document submission will be announced on October 20, and the deadline for document submission is until October 23. The final winner announcement is scheduled for December 17.
