Artist Peach has revealed a year-long project involving a collaboration card deck concept centered on breaking into Rekno stores to duplicate and sell their decks. The production includes replacing a broken Rekno door at a cost of 800,000 won, though Peach stated the project is not about making money.

Artist Peach has revealed the reality of a new project she has been conceptualizing for a year. Through her channel, Peach shared the planning and production process for a unique collaboration card deck concept that involves breaking into the doors of Rekno.

"Unauthorized Rekno intrusion concept"... Perdaim's eccentricities connect to the worldview

This project is the "sure-win collaboration deck" that Peach has been planning for a year, containing a worldview subtly connected to the existing "Mutant" story. Peach explained this concept as one of the eccentricities carried out by a group called Perdaim. While following the setting of Perdaim, where dangerous incidents such as people being sucked in occurred in the past, this time she chose a somewhat brighter development by targeting Rekno as the main enemy and breaking through their doors.

Peach set the core concept of this work as the premise of "breaking into a Rekno store to duplicate and sell Rekno decks." In this process, she humorously portrayed the relationship with Jeong-myeong, the head of Rekno, revealing that she has been waiting to execute this plan for a year.

Replacing doors at a cost of 800,000 won, "It's not about making money"

Specific behind-the-scenes details regarding the scale and production process of the project were also disclosed. Peach mentioned that during the process of breaking the old Rekno door, she decided to replace it with a brand new one, noting that the cost for the door replacement alone amounted to 800,000 won. Regarding this work, which involved massive costs including extra filming fees and other production expenses, Peach candidly shared her feelings, stating, "Actually, this isn't about making money."

Peach added that because the quantity of these cards is small, there is some regret in terms of profitability. "This time, the cards are at a stage where I am doing what I wanted to do by pouring my ego into it," she said, adding, "I regret the small quantity this time, but I feel good because I think the trailer will turn out well." She then expressed confidence in her next project, saying, "People won't be able to help but buy the next cards as soon as they see them."

Joker card design spoiler... "People will definitely buy the next cards"

In the latter half of the video, parts of the card designs, which are the core of this collaboration, were revealed. Along with designs that capture the feel of actual original cards, Peach shared visual results by presenting a "Joker" card. The card design is characterized by capturing the atmosphere of Perdaim while emphasizing a unique texture.

Peach concluded by announcing that the release of this project is imminent and providing a strong teaser for the next project. She said, "People will throw their money away (buy them) as soon as they see the next cards," suggesting that this work was a process of satisfying her own artistic thirst beyond a simple product launch.
