He filed an application requesting the appointment of a temporary director with representative authority, based on the 50% stake in Garosero Research Institute Co., Ltd. that he has secured. This issue cannot be viewed merely as an emotional feud between famous YouTubers. It is larger in scope, as the conflict, which began with allegations and counter-responses, has spread to corporate management issues involving corporate shares, general shareholder meetings, and the authority of the representative director.

It is known that Eun Hyun-jang secured a 50% stake in the company while responding to GRI, which has been raising allegations against him.
