HipEuddeum reveals 20 routines to achieve Line Abs for Summer
Creator HipEuddeum has proposed a summer core management routine featuring 20 abdominal exercises that combine standing and lying movements.
Fitness creator HipEuddeum has unveiled a systematic workout routine designed for summer abdominal management. Titled "Summer is Just Beginning!!! Building 11-Line Abs🔥🔥🔥," the video features a summer ab routine specifically curated for her subscribers. Given the immense popularity of the standing ab exercises previously featured on the HipEuddeum channel, this program is densely packed with a total of 20 movements, combining 10 standing exercises with 10 lying exercises. Each movement is performed for 50 seconds followed by a 10-second rest, focusing intensely on the abdominal and oblique muscles.
Stimulating Full-Body Core and Obliques with Standing Exercises
The workout begins with the "High Knee" movement, where the practitioner keeps their arms at their sides with clenched fists and pulls their knees toward their chest. HipEuddeum emphasized maintaining a sensation of growing taller while performing the movement, instructing viewers to pull their knees up as high as the navel line. She specifically noted that rather than simply folding the legs, the ankles should remain relaxed while the knees are led upward, and the chin should be slightly tucked to prevent the head from jutting forward.
In the subsequent twist movement, viewers are instructed to lace their fingers behind their heads and twist their upper body while simultaneously pulling one knee toward the chest. She suggested a method of contracting the body into an "X" shape by having the opposite leg push firmly against the floor. HipEuddeum indirectly hinted at the intensity of the workout, mentioning that she was already feeling muscle soreness from the second movement due to combining deadlifts and soccer the previous day.
Exercises targeting the oblique muscles were also included. She instructed viewers to aim for a sensation of "squeezing" the obliques while extending the arms to the side and pulling the legs up. Furthermore, she provided detailed guidance on stimulating the oblique muscles while maintaining abdominal tension through a movement that involves rotating the torso to touch the toes. For those finding the toe touch difficult, she provided guidance to simply aim for the sensation of reaching by relaxing the tension in the knees. She maximized abdominal tension by instructing viewers to brace their stomachs as if they were bracing for a punch.
In the movements utilizing a standing leg, she urged viewers to simultaneously use the stabilizing strength of the lower body and the extending strength of the upper body to maintain balance. The key is to maintain the standing leg with a straight knee while contracting the body into an "X" shape—twisting one side behind the head and extending the other hand to the side. HipEuddeum emphasized maintaining a consistent center line to prevent the center of gravity from shifting and encouraged viewers to turn off the air conditioner and sweat for an effective summer workout.
Finishing with Full-Body Toning and Deep Abdominal Strengthening
After the midpoint, jumping jacks were introduced to shift the tempo. HipEuddeum recommended jumping lightly to avoid making noise on the mat while utilizing the strength of the torso and core. The following movement involved a variation of a squat, pushing off the floor with the feet to bring the knees toward the chest. HipEuddeum emphasized the importance of consistent exercise, referencing the Squat Challenge (ranging from 100 to 1,000 reps) hosted on her channel.
The final stage features arm walking, which demands full-body core stability. She guided viewers to maintain tension throughout the entire abdomen by rolling down from the head, passing through a plank position, and rolling back up. HipEuddeum concluded the routine by encouraging active participation, stating that the effects are maximized when one breaks a sweat during the workout.
