70 households of National Rental housing at Maseok Complex 2 apartments located in Hwado-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, are being recruited. This supply is National Rental housing aimed at providing housing stability for low-income, homeless households, and residents can live stably for up to 30 years.

The 51-type (two-room structure) has a deposit of 17 million won and a monthly rent of around 230,000 won; by utilizing the mutual conversion system, residents can lower the deposit to a minimum of 7.6 million won or reduce the monthly rent to as low as 100,000 won. Eligibility for application requires being a member of a homeless household as of September 7 and meeting income and asset standards. The income standard is a monthly average of 3.43 million won or less for a 1-person household, 4.69 million won or less for a 2-person household, and 5.71 million won or less for a 3-person household. Total assets must be 345 million won or less, and the automobile value must be 45.42 million won or less.

The selection of residents is based on the number of subscription savings account payments. 1st priority is for those with 24 or more payments, and 2nd priority is for those with 6 or more payments. Notably, this recruitment is characterized by having no residence restrictions, meaning even residents of other regions can apply as 1st priority if they meet the subscription savings account payment requirement. In the event of competition within the same priority level, selection will be made in order of higher points, which include the period of residence in Namyangju, number of payments, number of minor children, and whether they are a newlywed couple.

Applications will be conducted only through online application via the LH Apply Plus website. 1st priority applicants will apply on September 30, and 2nd and 3rd priority applicants can apply on October 1. Those subject to document submission are scheduled to be selected on October 14, and the final winner announcement is scheduled for January 25, 2027.
