Actress Han Ga-in has shared updates on her health, revealing that she maintains her physical condition through consistent strength training after previously experiencing periods of extreme physical weakness.
On her YouTube channel, Free Woman Han Ga-in, she shared her daily life receiving personal training (PT). During the video, Han Ga-in visited a trainer she knows to perform lower body exercises, candidly showing the process of managing her physical strength through exercise.

"A time when I was the weakest in the center"... Emphasizing the importance of physical management
Han Ga-in spoke candidly about the background of starting her exercise regimen. She recalled a time when her physical strength was so poor that it was difficult to sustain exercise. In particular, she mentioned an experience when her children were young, where she felt sudden dizziness at a water activity site and found it difficult to respond immediately to her child, leading her to adopt the motto, "I must exercise even if it is just to survive."
In her conversation with the trainer, she revealed anecdotes of having previously booked exercise sessions only to cancel them due to physical issues, or inquiring again after gaps of several months. While admitting she had experienced physical limits to the point that the trainer referred to her as the "weakest" in the center, she demonstrated that she is now maintaining her health through steady management.

From Romanian deadlifts to abdominal exercises... A 'real-time' routine
The workout session consisted of a program designed to strengthen lower body muscles. Han Ga-in performed Romanian deadlifts using hip hinge movements, making an effort to maintain correct posture by perceiving her cervical spine as part of the spine and keeping it straight. Her progress is evident in the fact that her starting weight of 8kg has since increased to 30kg.
The lower body workout continued with Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, and Smith machine lunges. During the Bulgarian split squats, Han Ga-in twisted her body to induce abdominal stimulation, and during the hip thrusts, she focused on her lower body strength by performing holds while holding weight. During the Smith machine lunges, she used her lower body and glute muscles while maintaining her posture by leaning forward to prevent her waist from collapsing.
In the latter half of the workout, she performed a "10-minute abdominal exercise" requested by subscribers. This included movements such as lifting the upper body while lying down, movements that stimulate the lower abdomen by keeping the legs at a right angle, and standing movements using a mobile phone to stimulate the external oblique muscles. Han Ga-in once again emphasized the importance of exercise, stating, "One must do strength training consistently regardless of age."
Managing daily routines and sharing health items
Beyond exercise, Han Ga-in introduced her personal routine items that she carries in her bag. She revealed how she manages her health and convenience in daily life, from massage tools used in the car to a lucky charm and DangQ-Lock Easy Blood Sugar Probiotics from Yuhan, which helps with blood sugar management.
She expressed particular interest in blood sugar management, sharing her habit of taking functional probiotics that can help regulate blood sugar after meals. The product is characterized by using probiotic ingredients that have been recognized for blood sugar functionality. This reflects her effort to manage overall health indicators through systematic diet and supplementary help, moving beyond simple aesthetic management.
